Para eso necesitamos aprender un nuevo concepto, los verbos reflexivos.
Let’s practice regular and irregular verbs by talking about your routine.
For that, we need to learn a new concept, reflexive verbs.
Los verbos reflexivos son los que llevan un “se” al final en modo infinitivo. «levantarse, peinarse». Significa que “te lo haces a ti mismo”.
Estos verbos necesitamos añadir en el presente ese “se”, dependiendo de la persona, delante del verbo. Después del reflexivo conjugamos el verbo como hicimos hasta ahora.
Reflexive verbs are those that have a “se” at the end in the infinitive form. It means that “you do it to yourself”
For these verbs, we need to add that “se” in the present tense depending on the person before the verb. After the reflexive pronoun, we conjugate the verb as we did before.

HACER FRASES CON REFLEXIVOS EN ESPAÑOL
Ejemplo:
Cada día me despierto a las siete de la mañana y me levanto enseguida. Después, me lavo la cara y me cepillo los dientes. Luego, me ducho y me visto rápidamente porque no me gusta perder el tiempo por la mañana. Antes de salir, me peino y me preparo un café. Mientras desayuno, me siento en la mesa y reviso mi teléfono.
Después, me pongo los zapatos y salgo de casa para ir al trabajo. A mediodía, me tomo un descanso y almuerzo algo ligero. Por la tarde, cuando termino de trabajar, me relajo un poco y descanso viendo una serie o leyendo. Más tarde, me preparo la cena y después me lavo los dientes otra vez. Finalmente, me pongo el pijama y me acuesto temprano para descansar bien.
Every day I wake up at seven in the morning and get up right away. Then, I wash my face and brush my teeth. After that, I take a shower and get dressed quickly because I don’t like wasting time in the morning. Before leaving, I comb my hair and make myself a coffee. While having breakfast, I sit at the table and check my phone.
After that, I put on my shoes and leave the house to go to work. At midday, I take a break and have a light lunch. In the afternoon, when I finish work, I relax a bit and rest watching a series or reading. Later, I prepare dinner and then brush my teeth again. Finally, I put on my pajamas and go to bed early to get a good rest.
Puedes hacer después la rutina de un miembro de tu familia para utilizar más reflexivos y diferentes conjugaciones.

Ejemplo:
Mi padre se despierta a las seis de la mañana, pero se queda en la cama unos minutos antes de levantarse. Luego, se afeita y se ducha con agua fría para despejarse. Después, se seca bien y se viste con ropa cómoda. Antes de salir, se pone el reloj y se prepara un café fuerte. Mientras desayuna, desconecta leyendo el periódico.
Más tarde, se marcha al trabajo y pasa varias horas ocupado. A mediodía, se toma un descanso y come un bocadillo. Por la tarde, cuando vuelve a casa, se relaja un poco viendo la televisión. Luego, se encarga de preparar la cena y, después come, y se lava los dientes. Finalmente, se pone el pijama y se acuesta temprano para descansar bien.
My father wakes up at six in the morning, but he stays in bed for a few minutes before getting up. Then, he shaves and takes a shower with cold water to wake himself up. After that, he dries off well and gets dressed in comfortable clothes. Before leaving, he puts on his watch and makes himself a strong coffee. While having breakfast, he unwinds by reading the newspaper.
Later, he heads to work and spends several hours busy. At midday, he takes a break and eats a sandwich. In the afternoon, when he gets back home, he relaxes a bit by watching TV. Then, he takes care of making dinner and, after eating, he brushes his teeth. Finally, he puts on his pajamas and goes to bed early to get a good rest.
